Frequently asked questions
Do I need a law license?
No. The platform prepares documents from your clients' own answers, and neither you nor Wasiya gives legal advice. Your role is to introduce the service, and the training shows you how to do that within those limits.
What does it cost me?
A one-time setup fee: $1,200 for Standard or $6,000 for Enterprise. There are no monthly fees.
How much do I earn?
On Standard you earn $200 per will package, $300 per trust package and $0 per amendment. On Enterprise it is $300, $400 and $0. Attorney review fees go entirely to the reviewing attorney.
How and when do I get paid?
You connect a Stripe account during setup. When a client's order is paid, your share is sent to that Stripe account automatically, and Stripe deposits it in your bank on your account's payout schedule. Sales made before Stripe finishes verifying your account are held and sent once it is verified. Payouts are made while your partnership is active and in good standing.
What do my clients pay?
$500 for a Will Package, $700 for a Trust Package and $50 for an amendment. Prices are the same on every partner site and cannot be changed, so your clients always get a fair, published price.
Can I use my own website address?
Every partner gets a link such as wasiya.us/your-firm and can add a will. address on their own domain, like will.yourfirm.com. Enterprise partners can also use any domain they own, such as www.yourfirm.com.
Which states do you serve?
Michigan. Every document is prepared under Michigan law.

How long does setup take?
Onboarding is self-serve: choose a plan, brand your site, connect Stripe and launch. Most of it fits into one sitting. Connecting your own domain depends on a DNS change that can take a little longer to take effect.
